Since I was very disappointed in the lack of hyena looking critters in the SW universe I decided to request them, if that is alright.
Hyène
Location This creature can be found lurking in the more savana like areas on planets that have them. They are hard to tame and are usually bought by illegal means...
Appearance
The Hyène is a stocky animal that requires it to move all of it's body at once due to it's muscle structure. It's body is covered in dense fur with black and red spots, red socks and mask, and a strange aura that changes colour based on it's mood. The fur of it's legs and head are much shorter than that of it's torso. This creature has a creepy smile filled with sharp, crooked teeth much like this. This smile is usually followed by a sound that can only be described as 'laughing'. They have strikingly blue eyes that starkly contrasts their black and red bodies.
Information Build for brute force this creature is not as fast as most, but hits just a little harder. A bite from one of these would surely leave you with a nasty reminder of crossing it for the rest of your days. While it does not have any 'magical' powers this creature can secrete a venom from it's two large canines that is, at it's worst, able to make a bitten victim feel dizzy and a bit sick to the stomach after ten minutes and last for twenty before wearing off harmlessly. It's aura changes colour depending on it's mood and is a great indicator as to if it is going to attack. Generally, when calm, a soft red aura floats around it's figure... but when that aura turns black, watch out, its ready to attack.
Trade While most people who want to own one of these are more than likely mental because of how much work it takes to train one, they can be easily gotten as cubs from many... underground sources. It is not currently illegal to own one, but selling this is.
