hey... i figured i would ask permission before i used it in character, so lets get to details.
it is worn like a bracelet around the wrist all though its allot larger and considerably heavier.The owner of the decoy devise can simply make an exact 3D hologram of himself in perfect colored detail making it almost impossible to tell them apart. It would be used to distract an enemy so the holder of the devise could sneak away or gain an upper hand whilst the enemy is distracted
:Weaknesses:
1: the decoy can only run in a straight line and if an object were to block the path of the decoy it would simply disappear into the object.
2: because it requires so much energy to make one hologram, once used it requires a considerable amount of time to recharge (four turns )
3: in battle the holder of the decoy device would have to be out of sight for him to activate it, otherwise the enemy would be able to see the hologram appear out of the devise making it useless.
4: its powered by the sun, so wont be much help in the night.
:strengths:
1: the owner can use the devise to distract allowing him/her to flee or gain an advantage.
2: the hologram that is projected from the devise is a perfect replica of the owner.
3: the devise never needs to change its fuel source as its fueled by the sun itself.
4: the devise is password protected so only the owner can use it, if entered incorrectly a failsafe will engage and destroy itself
description: its a tube like shape that fits around the wrist, it covers the entire forearm of the holder and is 1 inch thick. it has a small screen on the top side and is touch screen, it is made out of the same metal as the hilt of a light saber, it has clamps on one side of it and an equal sized slot on the other that lock into each other when worn and wont come undone until the owner punches in his password.
