The Serpent Armband
The Serpent Armband was created thousands of years ago by a powerful darkside sorceress.
The armband, once placed on the arm, imbues itself to the wearer and cannot be taken off by anyone but the wearer. (No forcing it off)
It contains a power that flows across the wearer's body, instantly covering the skin with a protective layer of skin that matches the wearer's own skin.
This new skin is lightsaber resistant. If a lightsaber blade (or vibroblade) touches the wearer, the skin will heat up, glowing slightly as it absorbs the energy of the saber's blade. This energy will simmer across the wearer's body and pool around the armband.
The lightsaber will become powerless. (10 turn cooldown to recharge the lightsaber)
The wearer then has the option of sending that energy back to the sender in the form of electrical shards of light in the shape of a serpent. These shards can be defended against by a working lightsaber, or by dousing with pure water.
Blaster bolts will reflect off of the wearer's skin, back to the person who tried to shoot them (and will not count as a defense move by the wearer).
If the wearer goes into a self induced trance (no moving), the armband can draw energy from the wearer and manifest into serpents of light. These serpents can be controlled by the wearer and can be sent up to several miles from the wearer. Serpents can electrocute a target:
1 undefended move will render the target disoriented, breathless, and will drop anything they might be holding in their hands.
2 undefended moves will render the target unconscious.
3 undefended moves will render the target dead.
Serpents can be stopped with lightsabers, though it will drain the sabers of it's energy before disappearing. (10 turn cooldown to recharge)
Pure water will make the serpents fizzle away.
The longer the wearer has the armband on, the more powerful they will become in regards to controlling the serpents.
Days 1-5, can NPC up to 2 snakes at once
Days 6-10, can NPC up to 3 snakes at once
Days 11-15, can NPC up to 4 snakes at once
Days 16-20, can NPC up to 5 snakes at once
Days 21-25, can NPC up to 6 snakes at once
Days 26- 30, can NPC up to 7 snakes at once
