Bolt of Hatred
The user creates, in their hand, a radiant sphere of pure hatred, which they can hurl at any target within their line of sight. The bolt is slightly slower than a normal blaster bolt. If the bolt strikes the head or chest with no defence made the target dies instantly. The bolt has a radious of 2 inches. This takes two moves to accomplish. One move to form the bolt. The second to send it towards a target. It is fired in a straight line and its path cannot be changed
-COUNTERACT
It can be blocked with a saber etc (not deflected). Can't be absorbed via the force.
