I had a vision I could turn you right a stupid mission and a lethal fight I should have seen it when my hope was new my heart is black and my body is blue And I'm losing my favourite game [/i] -- The Cardigans' My Favorite Game[/center] It was night...or was it morning? The stars had started to disappear now as faint tints of orange hung in the far distance of the navy blue sky that hung over Theed. The cool night air lingered around the frame of a feline standing on the roof tops, in the middle of the city, her body a siloute against the back drop of the city lights. It could be seen she was dressed in a loose fitting robe as the air made it and her long hair to dance to it's somber melody. She looked like a monster, or a phantom, stalking the night for some reason or another. Though if anyone knew her habits as of late they would know exactly who this figure was...it was Wander. She'd been doing this every night for the past two weeks, standing here to watch the city and think...staying here until the sun would rise and beckon her to sleep when her housemates were just crawling out of their beds...or each others; she already knew what was going on between Rina and Setnos, she wasn't as stupid as she pretended to be. It was that intelligence that made her question her own motives; why was she staying and why did she feel so close to Rina when all of that was going on? She shrugged a little as these thoughts washed over her, a lithe chuckle erupting past her chapped lips. "Whatever..." She had been smoking something, spice more than likely, and it was obvious by her 'screw it' demeanor. She took another long drag, her last one, from the small rolled...blunt...then tossed it over the edge of where she stood; watching it's cherry red flame slowly die out. It's smoke lingering to kiss her nose for just a while longer. She stayed still for a moment before turning and making her way away from the building, hopping down and using the force to keep her from splattering on the streets below. The city was coming to life...and now with her blood shot eyes, she was trying to wander home to sleep...or would someone stop her? Maybe... she wanted someone to. Calvyn Eeryi was walking down the streets, a data pad with the day's paper opened up on it, tucked up under his left arm, his right hand raking fingers through his thick greying brown hair, the 47 year old assassin on his way out to the market to get coffee, another good bottle of wine, and perhaps a cigar or three, he had become quite fond of them really. As a dark-haired...iMrazi? Walked toward him, he smiled at her, she looked high, but she was pretty, and he stopped, looking at the girl (Wander), as she approached and he smiled charmingly...perhaps this was what he needed...a pet...a feeler...a distraction...and as she came closer, he turned, speaking in a cool, cultured voice... "Good morning darling...you like you could use a cup of kaf..."

Wander would notice Calvyn as she approached long before he would have seen her, cat like eyes seeing much better in the dark than a normal humans would. She would have walked right past him, honestly, had he not said something to her. She stopped and placed her hands on her hips, claws tapping at the sash that held her robes shut slowly as she sized him up a bit. He seemed harmless.
"I could indeed, it's been a long night." She whispered in a low hiss before lifting her dark brown eyes to his face, head slightly tilted. High she was, but it wasn't impairing her judgement at all; she just wasn't her spazzy self. "Name's Wander, and yours?"

Calvyn offered her a hand, "Call me Cal...please...and I have a penthouse at the top of that building right there", he said, pointing to the building across the street, "I am very good at brewing a good pot of coffee, please do feel free to join me...", he told her, leadning the way, and not even glancing to see if she followed him as he walked gracefully, the middle-aged man full of confidence and suave...

Wander felt herself snickering ever so slightly at the older man's confidence, and decided to play his little game for now. She shook his hand then slowly began to follow after him, her claws flexing slightly; not fully trusting of the other yet. She couldn't help that; she didn't trust many men...Setnos had taught the kitten that ever so roughly.

Calvyn led her to the lift of the luxurious building, and then to the penthouse... Calvyn walked in to a counter and began brewing coffee, as he did so, she would be able to see several wine cabinets, a luxurious humidor, a cabinet with many fine liquors, a kitchen with nice utensils for gourmet cooking, a view of the older parts of the city and palace, many items from around the galaxy, the style modern, and she would also notice the components to a high-powered blaster rifle on a table at the far end of the apartment in a corner. Cal made coffee, a rare bean from Dathomir...and then turned, "If you'd like something to eat, please, make yourself at home...the couches are a lot more comfortable than the tile floor, I assure you...", he said, walking over to a mat to kick his own shoes off, the jade green tiles covered by a white rug that was soft and plush underfoot as he went to get a cigar out of the humidor, and turned to her, "Do you mind if I smoke madame?", he asked, also gesturing to offer her something... The apartment was tame, nice, and not a bachelor pad, and it was obvious it was shared, and meticulously cared for, this man was smooth, but there was more too him than met the eye...
