To ALL NSF officers.
- As of now, during peace time, there is to be no artillery, tanks, seige weapons, or aerial bombardments within city limits.
- HAPCs may move through the city only to transport troops to and from hostile situations.
- APCs (light or medium) may carry troops around the city as a part of their MOS, while on duty. While off-duty all NSF officers are required to use their own transportation.
During war time...
-Artillery is permitted to approach and even take positions at the borders of the city, but only fire once the city has been evacuated.
-ALL APCs may move through the city to evacuate the citizens and to move troops.
-tanks will be deployed as needed once the city has been evacuated.
-Air strikes are only to be approved after an evacuation.
