General Sevrin was called into the Ellipse Inc labs where a woman by the name of Everly Silverbird was being treated for injuries. As there were no injuries when Sevrin got there, there WERE several witnesses to what happened, a Dr. Ellipse and a man by the name of Justin. The suspect, Vall Drast, had attacked Everly before but it was believed that he died in the conflict. Yet, he has resurfaced with a cybernetic arm with which he attacked her, causing severe damage to her arm and carving his name into her chest.
The victim, Everly Silverbird has been treated and has been released. Witnesses claim Vall Drast is force sensitive, so we should work with the KoN as closely as we can to bring this suspect to justice.
Dr. Ellipse has enclosed a copy of the blueprints that detail the cybernetic arm here.
It should also be noted that the suspect has sent Everly Silverbird several graphic pictures depicting mutilations, threatening to inflict them onto her. I am not certain at this time whether or not Vall has killed some one, mutilated a corpse, or simply digitally manufactured the pictures.
