Numbers: unknown, currently at war and losing to extermination.

Tech: neurologically linked, mostly organic based

Abilities: Varies depnding on the clan. For the character I am bringing in, he can speak with the "spirits" and call to the heavens to give him strength. He is of the Cosmos clan. This does not always work. A lone DreamWolf is weaker than a pack with combined abilities. For the RP, he is alone, coming from a lost fight.

He has mild telekinetic ability, being able to pick up, carry, use, and make things using his spirit energy and mind. Willfully attacking others with this can back fire.

His pelt maps the stars above whatever planet he is on, and at night the stars glow, giving him a spirit like quality.

Given that this has become a species that can shapechange to a bipedal form complete with opposable thumbs, this becomes somewhat redundant, so no to this as a general thing. If you want one of your characters to have some kind of neuro implant, make that as a separate request that clearly outlines what it can do.
